On March 2, staff from Cope Linder Architects joined more than 200 other professionals in the design and construction community to participate in the ACE Mentor Program Eastern Pennsylvania Affiliate’s Giant Jenga tournament. The event raised $9,500 to support the affiliate’s new alumni scholarship.
Four-person teams competed to build towers out of giant Jenga blocks, playing by the same rules as the tabletop game with the added pressure of a 30-second time limit to make each move.
The Cope Linder Architects team included Maggie Michel, Danton Spina, Ellen Wright, and Tristan Emig. In addition, Ashley Liss and ACE board member Erin McCulley volunteered with registration. Principal Cheryl Smith photographed and cheered on the team.
