A key player in projects from concept development through construction administration, Kevin Wolf is known best as a detail guy. His understanding of constructability, attention to detail, and communication skills ensure projects are completed successfully.
Kevin’s keen eye for construction was informed by his earliest job working for a metal fabricator where he learned to appreciate the subcontractor perspective, the intricacies of metal design, and the importance of clear documentation. He brings these skills to bear as an effective manager of in-house staff and consultant teammates.
Kevin fosters the continuous learning environment at Cope Linder. In addition to taking responsibility for file archiving, he has overseen summer interns and encouraged younger staff members to pursue leadership roles within the firm. On or off a design team, Kevin is a natural at helping people find their voice, capitalize on their strengths, and seek opportunities to contribute.
Architecture and community service figure prominently in Kevin’s time away from the office. Kevin has spent over a decade conceptualizing and building drama sets at Lionville Middle School. Kevin and his wife, a fellow architect, are also renovating an 85-year-old house in Bryn Mawr, doing much of the hands-on renovation work themselves.
Kevin holds a B.Arch from Drexel University and is a member of the Construction Specifications Institute. He joined CLA in 2000.
